We have no minimum stay requirements for Annie’s Loft or for The Studio.

The 2nd bedroom option – the queen bedroom (can accommodate an extra couple) is an additional NZ$100 per night.
You will share the ensuite bathroom in the Studio & also be able to use our separate sunroom.
Bed and Breakfast Terms
Children: There is no charge for children up to the age of 2 years. On request prior to arrival we provide a port-a-cot at no charge.
Continental Breakfast provisions (whole grain bread, cereals, fruit, yoghurt, spreads, milk & fruit juice, teas & coffee) are included in tariff. Please email us if you have special dietary requirements and we will do our best to accommodate these.
Long stay rates are available on request – please email us. Loss or damage will incur additional charges.
Check in is after 3.00pm. Please check out by 11.00am. Contact us if you wish to negotiate these times and we will endeavour to meet your schedule. We would appreciate it if you could let us know your approximate time of arrival. If you are arriving on flights into Christchurch around midnight, don’t worry we can arrange for that too!
All prices include NZ Goods and Services tax (GST.). Rates are valid to 31 March 2018.
A Visa or Mastercard credit card is required for payment and will be charged in full on booking. The name “Annie’s Loft and Studio will show up on cardholder statements for any transactions through this website. Payments are processed through the secure DPS Payment Express system. Any credit card payments are done on the DPS system. No credit card information is stored by us and DPS is PCI compliant.
Cheques are not accepted.
We require 30 days notice of cancellation or 100% tariff will be charged.
There is no charge if a booking is replaced 30 days prior to the booking. As a small business, late cancellations impact us strongly, so we appreciate you contacting us as soon as possible if you need to change bookings.
